• Provide oversight of daily operations and facilities, information literacy instruction, programming, outreach, reference and research services, special collections and archives, and collection development for the Wilson Dental Library.
• Ensure stakeholders at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry are aware of and can access library services, resources, and diverse collections.
• Partner with Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry stakeholders to enhance education and research resources and programming.
• Identify and assess needs of School of Dentistry and other university partners to develop new and enhance existing services, programs, and collaborations that are responsive to the diverse needs of our communities.
• Deliver welcoming and equitable library spaces, experiences, and access. 

Leadership philosophy: As the Head of the Wilson Dental Library, I foster trust and excellence through open communication, shared decision-making, and accountability for commitments and outcomes. I engage in dialogue and collaboration with stakeholders at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry to ensure the library remains a dynamic, visible, and integral partner in academic excellence, research, and community engagement. Together, the Wilson Dental Library faculty and staff leverage our individual and collective expertise to create and enhance library services, resources, and programs that are relevant and responsive to the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry community.
