Come relax and rejuvenate before finals! Join us for one 15-minute mini-session or stay for the whole hour or two hours!  The six 15-min sessions will focus on meditation, mindfulness and balance, and you will learn about integrative approaches  for living a healthy, balanced lifestyle! We will have a surprise event for you at 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. each day!

Nina Ota  Nina, a certified yoga instructor, practiced and studied with Annie Carpenter.  Through her SmartFlow method, she offers yoga as an essential tool to bring vitality and calm in our lives. She believes in integrating the ancient wisdom of mind-body connection to modern day living.
 

Gayla  Gabriel  With over 30 years in therapeutic education, Gayla's journey in healing arts is marked by her passion for emotional and spiritual wellness. Her approach integrates Qi-gong practice, meditation, and grief recovery to nurture the mind-body connection.
