Norris Medical Library Health Science Campus Mindful Pomodoro Study Session
Mindful studying can help prevent burnout and exhaustion. Mindful USC will be leading structured, mindful study sessions once a month at Norris Medical Library. Study periods are 25 minutes long, followed by 5 minute break periods that will include mindful activities. Feel free to attend all or part of each session.
Pizza, coffee and bottled water will be provided!
