Mindful studying can help prevent burnout and exhaustion. Mindful USC will be leading structured, mindful study sessions once a month at Norris Medical Library. Study periods are 25 minutes long, followed by 5 minute break periods that will include mindful activities. Feel free to attend all or part of each session.

Pizza, coffee and bottled water will be provided!

A collaboration of USC Libraries, Keck School of Medicine Wellness Program, USC School of Pharmacy, USC Student Health, Keck Medicine of USC, Mindful USC, and USC Graduate Student Government
