Global Women in Science Wikipedia Edit-a-thon

To bridge the well-documented gender gap on Wikipedia, Boston University (BU), the University of Southern California (USC), the American University of Beirut (AUB), and the University of Calgary (UCalgary) have come together to launch a series of ediathons. The first editathon will take place on February 16, 2024 and will focus on women in science. The event begins in Beirut and ends in California with participants joining remotely from their respective institutions, and on-campus sites will host editors in person.
