USCNet ID Authentication Now Required to Access Electronic Resources

In response to several factors, including guidance from the university's chief information security officer, the USC Libraries are phasing out direct access to electronic resources based on fixed USC IP addresses. Subscription-based resources like databases and electronic journals are now accessible exclusively through the USC Libraries website by signing on with a valid USC NetID.
