Science and Engineering librarian Alan Stevens reviewed the latest edition of the Dictionary of Cell and Molecular Biology for the publisher, Elsevier, evaluating the reference work's strengths and weaknesses in comparison to other resources. Instead of the customary honorarium, Stevens persuaded Elsevier to send a complimentary copy to the libraries for use by the entire USC community.
