Laptop Computers Now Available for Checkout at Leavey Library

Leavey Library

USC students can now check out laptop computers from Leavey Library's ground-floor circulation desk – a new service offered beginning this fall 2017 semester, along with renovated study spaces on the library's third floor and the relocation of the library's book collection to its lower level.

The laptops run the Microsoft Windows operating system and come stocked with DVD drives and several software packages, including Microsoft Office and MATLAB.  They are availble on a first-come, first-served basis and circulate for eight hours with no renewals. Students who prefer a Mac operating system can check out laptops from ITS in Leavey Library's lower level.

Desktop computers are available at ITS's computing centers in King Hall (KOH 206) and Waite Phillips Hall (WPH B34).
