This is where you will find the information you will need to propose a collection for inclusion in the USC Digital Library.
The following are considered collections:
- 1 or more books
- Issues of a journal, magazine, newspaper, newsletter
- Papers, photographs, manuscripts belonging to a person or group
- A set of artifacts
Submitting a proposal To propose a collection for inclusion in the USC Digital Library, follow the steps below.
- Fill out the Google Form (you may need to login with your USC NetID).
- You will be contacted within 10 business days to get additional information on your project. If you don't hear from us, email cisadmin@lib.usc.edu.
- The Digital Library Advisory Committee will review your proposal once we have all the information that we need. Large projects are reviewed by the Dean's Cabinet for final approval.
