Research Areas

Chinese bibliographical and textual studies, Chinese book history, Chinese archives, Chinese painting during the Ming and Qing periods, library collection development and management, digital humanities.


I am responsible for selecting and managing Chinese materials in all formats, and providing reference and liaison services to support research, teaching, and learning in Chinese Studies at USC.

Before joining USC Libraries in July 2017, I served as the Public Services Librarian (2008-2017), Interim Librarian for the Chinese Collection (2009-2013) and Korean Collection Librarian (2014-2017) with the East Asia Library at Yale University.
