Office: VKC 40A, Mail Code: 0048 3518 Trousdale Parkway Bldg. #4

Research Areas

  • information literacy and behavior in academic and non-academic contexts
  • critical, antiracist, and feminist pedagogy
  • library workplace culture and history

Responsibilities

I work with faculty both within and outside the USC Libraries to integrate information literacy (including critical thinking and research skills) across the curriculum through instruction, assignment design, learning objects, and other forms of engagement. In particular, I work closely with the Writing Program and Thematic Option. I coordinate library instruction in all its forms across the Libraries.

I work directly with students via research consultations, workshops, library instruction, and other types of engagement, to think through any step of the research process.

If it's about helping students thoughtfully engage with information, critical, thinking, and research, I'd love to talk with you about it!
