- Help School of Pharmacy affiliates find, use, and understand information to support their works as students, clinicians, researchers, and scholars
- Answer questions and resolve issues Pharmacy affiliates encounter related to libraries, information, research, and publishing
- Support researchers in the School of Pharmacy, including providing consultations in use of software, databases, and tools to support all areas of the research lifecycle
- Develop and provide course-integrated instruction for the School of Pharmacy's degree and certificate programs
- Provide reference services to all health sciences users
- Develop and provide instruction on information literacy, library materials, and services for all USC affiliates
