How to Request Archival Materials

Use these directions to request archival materials using the Specialized Research Collections Request System, after you have created a request account.

Note: If the items you want to use do not have an online finding aid, please contact a Specialized Research Collections staff member first.

1. Open a web browser and go to the USC Libraries Specialized Research Collections Request System home page. You will be presented with two options: one for USC users and one for Other users. Choose the appropriate button and log in.
