Come learn about tools and strategies to help you organize and track research and how social media can be used for advocacy.

This webinar will introduce students, particularly in the social and behavioral sciences, to ways we can use Twitter as an advocacy tool. Social media platforms often offer more control, by authors, of the messages sent, more access to the information shared, and more online mobilization of an issue or cause.

1. Learn how Twitter data and analytics can measure the effectiveness of a Twitter campaign beyond retweets, mentions, and likes.

2. Understand how to effectively navigate Twitter to engage in policy and social
change conversations through tweets, and identify key stakeholders around a
particular social issue.
