The Future Archive event showcases original zines and videos created by USC undergraduates and Los Angeles high school students through the Bunker Hill Refrain Zine Academy. Drawing on archival research, art, and storytelling, students recover the lives and histories of Bunker Hill before urban renewal transformed the neighborhood. Join student zinesters, former Bunker Hill residents, and community members to explore the work and consider how young people can help shape the historical record. Presented in partnership with USC Libraries and the Los Angeles Public Library, with support from USC Arts in Action.

This program is open to all eligible individuals. The USC Libraries operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the University’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or any other prohibited factor.
