High Performance Computing Cluster
The USC Libraries Bioinformatics Service has collaborated with USC Center for Advanced Research Computing (CARC) and implemented a custom computer condo (HPC-NML) and key bioinformatics software to support computation-intensive NGS data analysis by USC researchers.
- One custom condo
- One head node: two 12-core AMD Opteron processor, 60GB memory
- Nine worker nodes: two 12-core AMD Opteron processor, 48GB memory
