What do you wish you had known about the libraries as a new student?

Posted by Elizabeth Galoozis

USC undergraduates: do you rely on a favorite spot, resource, or service at the USC Libraries? Help us introduce new students to the libraries by submitting a video on the theme: What I wish I knew about the libraries when I started at USC.

Guidelines:
  • Videos should be no longer than 1 minute.
  • Focus on 1-2 services, collections, places, or tips that would be useful to new students.
  • Be creative!
Your video may be included in the orientation package for new students and posted publicly.

Once you submit your video, it may become part of the USC Libraries YouTube channel. If it is included in the longer orientation video, it may be edited and you will receive credit.

Every submission that follows the guidelines will receive a beverage of their choice at LiteraTea (up to the first 100 submissions). The best submission as judged by a panel will receive a $100 gift card.

Submit your video by the Mar. 31, 2017 deadline at https://libraries.usc.edu/form/usc-libraries-orientation-video-submission-form.
