Video: "It's the Dawn of a New Era of Library Leadership"

MMLIS Program

In 2013, the USC Libraries partnered with the USC Marshall School of Business to launch an online master of management in library and information science (MMLIS) program. Recently, this past May, the libraries celebrated the graduation of the first MMLIS cohort.

Now, a new video (above) bills the program as "a one-of-a-kind blend of dynamic management strategy and library skills that USC is uniquely qualified to provide." It highlights the role of the university's libraries as a premier learning environment for the program, noting that the USC Libraries system comprises 24 libraries and information centers and holds more than five million volumes.
