New Libraries Presence on Blackboard

As a previous post announced, the USC Libraries have a new presence on Blackboard, the web-based course management system for USC students and faculty. Students and faculty can now quickly access essential library services through a "Libraries" tab in Blackboard. From the USC Libraries tab page, students and their instructors can perform a Quick Search of library resources, access course reserves, or ask a librarian for help.

In addition, instructors can enhance the visibility of library resources by adding the Quick Search, Course Reserves, and Ask-a-Librarian modules to their course pages.

For a preview of the libraries' new Blackboard presence, including instructions for adding the libraries modules to course pages, please see this screencast by outreach librarian Felicia Palsson.
